Self Defence Training

Self Defence Training
Don’t become a victim; learn to fight back. At Dynamo Training Solutions we do not teach a punch and kick self defence martial arts type course, neither is it a course formed from overly complicated martial arts techniques which require fine motor skills and many years of repetitive practice. We won’t turn you into 'cage fighters' but we teach you some basic safety strategies based on basic awareness, retreat and escape mixed with some physical skills that require only a little practice and are very easy to use. Learn how to break away and disengage from a potentially dangerous situation.
